Jenna

Jenna and Lowell Suplicki, husband & wife, operate Bright Beginnings and are native to the Dunedin area. They are dedicated to the hands-on daily operations of the center. They have 2 daughters of their own. Their oldest daughter, Madison, is 24 years old and is currently enrolled in college. Their youngest daughter, Julianna, is 16 years old and is an 10th grade honor roll student. Lowell is a General Contractor and he built the Bright Beginnings building and playground. He also is very involved in the City of Dunedin boards and committees.

Because of their love for their own children and the community they live in, Jenna and Lowell had the passion to create a nurturing, safe and educational environment for the children in the surrounding community. Having careers that have spanned Management, Communications, and General Construction along with a culmination of their life long experiences, led to the creation of Bright Beginnings. Their goal was to create the ultimate experience in the early education of young children and teaching children with love and respect during their formative years, which are so crucial to a child's future success.

Nancy

Nancy is a mother of 2 children and has always been interested in childhood development from a young age.  She truly believes that the first five years of a child's life are vitally important. She believes teachers have such a wonderful opportunity to create a positive impact on children. She gained her initial experience in the education field during 1999 by teaching children 2 and 3 years of age. She thoroughly enjoyed early childhood development and wanted to further her knowledge by obtaining her Childhood Development Associate certification in 2000. During this time she left she became a mother to her own little girl. After having her daughter, she went to work for a law office and had to place her in childcare. That experience truly helped her to view childcare from a parent's perspective and what a quality childcare program should entail.

After 4 years at the law office and the birth of her son, Nancy had a prestigious opportunity to help open a preschool from the ground up and learn valuable information about the implementation of a quality preschool program. She worked at the school as a Pre-K teacher for the first school year while obtaining her Associate in Arts Degree. In an effort to grow within the education field, Nancy became a member of NAEYC as well as SECA to stay up-to-date on the current issues of early childhood development. She has experience with substitute teaching with children ages 2 months to 12 years in order to obtain experience in all of the levels of childhood development and developmentally age appropriate practices. Nancy was promoted as the Assistant Director of that same preschool in 2007 and enjoyed not only working with the parents, teachers and children, but also learning about all of the management and administrative responsibilities of maintaining a quality early childhood program. It is Nancy's goal to continuously enhance our childcare program, as well as to draw information and experience through annual continuing education through college courses and trainings.
